Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Mi Amor pieces. If something does not work out, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
Free of stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, smoke, damage, or signs of wear
Returned with original tags and packaging, when applicable
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.
Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange. Refunds may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Custom, personalized, embroidered, or made-to-order items
Items purchased at pop-up events, unless defective
Worn, washed, or damaged items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the item
A photo of the packaging, if applicable
A brief description of the issue
We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.
Pop-Up Event Purchases
All pop-up event purchases are considered final sale, unless an item is defective. Please check sizing, color, and product details before purchasing.
If you notice an issue with your item after a pop-up event, please contact us within 3 days with photos and details.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. Order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you need to update your shipping address, size, color, or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order ships.
Size & Fit Disclaimer
Sizing may vary slightly by product style, brand, fabric, and fit. Please review product descriptions and size charts before placing your order.
Mi Amor Sports Company is not responsible for sizing issues if the item has been worn, washed, or altered.
Product Color Disclaimer
We do our best to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen brightness, and device settings.

To help your items last, please follow the care instructions listed on the product tag or product page.
For most apparel, we recommend:
Wash cold
Wash inside out
Do not bleach
Hang dry or tumble dry low
Do not iron directly over logos, prints, embroidery, or patches
